Cordyceps Sinensis in the treatment of kanamycin induced acute renal failure(ARF)

摘要 本实验在以往整体动物模型研究的基础上,从离体肾灌注角度探讨虫草对卡那霉素所致大鼠ARF肾功能及代谢的影响。实验分成:ARF组(ARF第二天IPK)、虫草组、异搏定组和对照组(均于ARF第6天作IPK)。实验结果表明:(1)ARF高峰期离体灌注肾耗氧量、尿量、肾小球滤过率明显下降,肾小管钠离子、钾离子重吸收功能严重受损;(2)与钙离子拮抗剂治疗组及对照组相比,冬虫夏草治疗可以提高离体灌注肾耗氧量,促进肾小球滤过功能和肾小管重吸收功能尽快恢复。本实验未观察到钙离子拮抗剂对氨基糖甙肾毒性损伤的防治作用。 Isolated perfused kidney(IPK)technique was used in this work to observethe effects of Cordyceps Sinensis(CS)on the treatment of kanamycin induced rats'ARF.24 hr after kanamycin injection 21 rats were divided into four groups,GroupⅠ(ARF group,4 rats,IPK were performed on the second day of ARF),Group Ⅱ(CS group,6 rats),Group Ⅲ(Verapamil group, 5 rats)and Group Ⅳ(Control group, 6 rats),In the last three groups IPK were performed on the sixth day of ARF.It was found thatthere were a great reduction in oxygen consumption , urine volume, inulin clearance andsodium reabsorption in IPK animals at the peak stage of ARF,while CS prompted an early recovery from nephotoxic ARF as compared with the verapamil treated and sufferingcontrol group as indicated by the above indexes, especially in urine volume and inulinclearance rate(group Ⅱ 152.49 ± 65.33μl/min vs group Ⅲ83.38 ± 34.38μl/min,groupⅣ93.8±56.73 μl/min, P<0.01).This results sugested that there was a beneficial effectof CS on the treatment of kanamycin induced ARF.
