摘要 布顿大麦草是小麦族芒麦草属多年生二倍体植物,其染色体一般显中等深度Giem-sa-C带。大多数染色体都有较明显的端带、中间带,着丝点带不太明显。 Giemsa C-banding technique was used to identify individual somatic chromosomes ofCritesion bogdanii. Terminal bands were present in one or both arms of all chromo-somes. Subterminal C-bands were located on the both arms of chromosomes 1 and 2.Small to medium interstitial bands located on the chromosomes 1,2,3, 4 were also de-tected.
