摘要
详细介绍了基于GIS的水利信息系统设计与实现。首先介绍了开发系统的需求分析,以及系统的体系结构,然后介绍开发过程中的具体技术,最后给出了泰州水利信息系统的一个实例。
This paper explains in detail the design and implementation of GIS-based water resource information system.The paper begins with the software requirement analysis of information system.Secondly,it introduces the architecture and function of system and describes the main techniques.At last,it gives an example about the information system.
