摘要
文章以新的视角来审视天然气工业的发展格局。从战略目标、勘探开发区块登记、勘探开发部署、LNG和政策等方面深入分析了天然气工业的竞争、发展与创新,并从能源安全的角度提出了建议,对国家政策完善、石油大公司战略调整具有一定的现实意义。
The article reviews the developing situation of natural gas industry at a new point of view. The competition, development and innovation of natural gas industry are deeply analyzed on the strategic purpose, the block registration of exploration and production, the overall arrangement of exploration and production, LNG and the policy. And some constructive suggestions are proposed to develop the energy safety system, which is helpful for the government to improve the oil/gas policy and for the large oil companies to adjust their strategy.
