摘要
目的 观察天然羟基磷灰石-壳聚糖复合材料作为骨修复材料的可能性。方法 12只新西兰白兔随机分成4组,在一侧胫骨设计两处方形缺损,其中一处植入相应大小的复合材料,另一处作为空白对照。分别于第2、4、8、12周末处死动物并取标本,行肉眼及组织学观察。结果 复合材料植入区未见明显排斥反应,术后2周可见到轻微的炎症反应,其余各组未见明显的异物巨细胞反应,术后2~8周复合材料周围的纤维包囊逐渐变薄,术后12周时可见复合材料和受植骨床形成部分骨性连接。结论 天然羟基磷灰石-壳聚糖复合材料有良好的生物相容性、骨引导活性和潜在的骨诱导作用。
Objective To study the possibility of using natural hydroxyapatite-chitosan composite for repairing bone defect. Methods 12 white rabbits were each operated on left tibias to create two square bone defects. One of the defects was reconstructed with the composite, while the other was not repaired as a blank control. 3 of the animals were killed at the end of 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks to be evaluated with anatomy and histology. Results No apparent reject reaction was found. Except a mild inflammatory infiltrate was found at 2 weeks postoperatively, no foreign body giant cell reaction was found. Fibrous tissue became thinner at 2-8 weeks postoperatively and bony connection was partly shown at 12 weeks postoperatively. Conclusion The hydroxyapatite/chitosan composite has good biocompatibility, osteoconduction and potential osteoinduction.It is a potential repairing material for clinical application.
