摘要
目的:测定动物口服重组表皮生长因子(rhEGF)生物黏附肠溶胶囊后,对不同时间点的血清表皮生长因子(EGF)浓度及组织中的分布,籍以考察rhEGF的安全性,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法:使用放射免疫分析方法(RIA)。结果:动物口服rhEGF生物黏附肠溶胶囊后,血清EGF浓度与用药前无明显的变化。动物各脏器中EGF分布与未用药前基本一致。结论:rhEGF通过肠道吸收甚微,未见体内蓄积现象。
0bject: To determine the changes of EGF in serum concentrations and its distribution in tissues after oral administration of biological adhesive rhEGF enteric capsules in animal models, so as to assess the safety of rhEGF and provide a guidance for clinical use. Methods: Radioimmunoassay (RIA) method was established. Results: The results showed that there were no significant effects on serum concentrations and the tissue distribution of EGF after oral administration of the enteric capsules of biological adhesive rhEGF. Conclusion: It was concluded that little amount of rhEGF could be absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract and no drug accumulation was observed. The drug was safe for local use.
