摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定曲安奈德有关物质的方法。方法:采用DiamonsilTMC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-水(525∶475)为流动相,检测波长254nm。结果:曲安西龙与曲安奈德的线性范围分别为0.125~6.25μg/ml和0.25~12.5μg/ml,相关系数均为r=0.9999(n=7),最低检出量分别为0.5ng和1ng。结论:HPLC检查法简便、准确、灵敏,可准确测定杂质的含量。
Object: To establish an HPLC method for detection of relative substances in Triamcinolone Acetonide.Methods:The chromatographic system consisted of C18 column and mobile phase of methanol-water (525∶475),The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. Results:The linear of Triamlone and Triamcinolone Acetonide were the range of 0.125~6.25 μg/ml and 0.25~12.5 μg/ml,(r=0.999 9,n=7). The limits of detection for Triamlone and Triamcinolone Acetonide were 0.5ng and 1.0ng.Conclusion:The HPLC method was found to be practical with the advantages of simplicity, accuracy and sensitivity.
