摘要
本方法用NS裂解液,通过琼脂糖凝胶电泳快速检测鼠疫菌特异性质粒DNA,用于对鼠疫的诊断。该方法简便、快速、特异性强,诊断阳性率100％,对非典型鼠疫菌尤为适用。
A rapid and special plasmid DNA isolation procedure was developed for the diagnosis of Y. pestis with lying solution N. S. through agarose gel electrophoresis. In this method extrating with phenol chloroform and centrifugation were omitted. It's particularly fit to identify untypical Y. pestis.
