摘要
对中国云南大理、湖南桂阳烟区和从津巴布韦、巴西进口的烤烟样品,进行了质体色素及中性挥发性香气物分析比较.研究表明,各产区烤烟中上述香气物含量存在着较大差异.其中云南大理和津巴布韦烤烟中质体色素及其降解形成的中性香气物质含量明显高于其他产区,云南烤烟中类胡萝卜素和其降解形成的香气物含量明显高于其他烤烟.当烤烟中质体色素及降解物之间的含量达到一定水平和协调平衡时,将对烤烟的香型风格和香气质、香气量产生重要影响.
The content of chromoplast pigments and the neutrality volatile aroma of flue-cured tobacco of Yunnan Dali and Hunan Guiyang in our country was analysized and compared with that of Zimbabwe and Brazil in this article.The research indicates that dovious difference exist in the content of the neutrality volatile aroma among the above producing area of flue-cured tobacco.The content of chromoplast pigments and the neutrality volatile aroma of flue-cured tobacco of Yunnan Dali and Zimbabwe was clearly more than other producing area.The content of carotenoid and its degrading products in the Yunnan flue-cured tobacco was clearly more than that of the others.It will give rise to the important influence to aroma type and style,quality and volume of aroma when the content of chromoplast pigments and its degrading products achieves certain level with coordinating balance in the flue-cured tobacco.
