表皮生长因子、白介素2免疫反应细胞在大鼠颌下腺的定位

摘要 目的: 观察表皮生长因子(EGF)、白介素2(IL-2)在大鼠颌下腺的表达和定位。方法:用免疫组织化学SABC单染法、邻片单染双标法,并结合图像分析方法进行研究。结果: (1)EGF、IL-2免疫反应(immunore active,IR)细胞主要分布于大鼠颌下腺的颗粒曲管(GCT),腺泡呈阴性反应; (2)邻片单染双标法显示EGF-IR细胞与IL-2-IR细胞定位基本相同,主要定位于GCT; (3)雌性大鼠颌下腺EGF-IR、IL-2-IR细胞的平均黑度明显低于雄性大鼠(P<0. 01)。结论:颌下腺不仅有表皮生长因子的表达,而且还有细胞因子的表达,颌下腺可能是机体神经-内分泌-免疫网络的一部分。 Objective: To observe the localization and expression of EGF and IL-2 in the submandibular gland of rats. Methods: Immunohistochemical SABC single staining method, immunohistochemical bi-marked staining technique on adjacent section and image analysis were adopted in the study. Results: 1) EGF and IL-2 immunoreactive cells mainly located in the GCT in the submandibular gland of rats, but their expression in acinus was negative. 2) It was proved by immunohistochemical bi-marked staining technique on adjacent section that EGF- and IL-2-IR were both located in the GCT. 3) The mean black degree of EGF- and IL-2-IR cells of female rats was less than those of males obviously (P<0.01). Conclusions: The submandibular gland could express growth factor and cell factor. It might be a part of neuro-endocrine-immune net.
