摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定强身颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量的方法.方法:采用C18柱,以乙腈:水(36:64)为流动相,流速0.5 ml/min,柱温30℃,蒸发光散射检测器检测.结果:黄芪甲苷进样浓度在0.050 12~0.501 2g/L范围内峰面积的自然对数和进样浓度的自然对数的线性关系良好,γ=0.999 9(n=5);平均回收率为98.88%,RSD为2.81%.结论:用高效液相色谱蒸发光散射检测(HPLC-ELSD)法测定强身颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量的方法简便、快速、重现性好,适用于该制剂的质量控制.
Objective: To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of astragoside in Qiangshen Granules. Methods: A Zorbax SB-C18 column(150mm×4.6mm,5mm)was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (36∶64), a flow rate of 0.5ml/min, and the columm temperature of 30℃. Results: A good linearity in the range of 0.05012~0.5012 mg/ml(γ=0.9999, n=5)was obtained. The average recovery rate was 98.88%, with RSD=2.81%(n=9).Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Qiangshen Granules.
