络泰治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床观察

摘要 目的:观察络泰治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效,并观察其对血液粘稠度及血小板聚集功能的影响。方法:将112例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为络泰治疗组(60例),硝酸甘油对照组(52例),比较两组临床疗效,并测定治疗组治疗前、后血液黏稠度及血小板聚集功能的变化。结果:两组临床症状及心电图均明显改善(P>0.05),治疗组治疗后血液黏稠度及血小板聚集功能明显降低。结论:络泰能明显缓解心绞痛,改善缺血心电图,还能降低血液黏稠度及血小板聚集功能。
