摘要
供应商评价是供应链管理的基础,也是供应链风险控制的重点。通过分析供应商评价所涉及的各种因素及其相互关系,以降低供应链风险为目标,建立基于供应链风险管理的供应商评价体系模型,提出相应的供应商评价实施参考模型,并举例说明如何应用上述评价体系和实施参考模型解决供应商评价问题。
Supplier evaluation is not only the foundation of supply chain management, but also the emphasis of the supply chain risk control. A supplier evaluation system is established to reduce the supply chain risk in which important factors and relationship have been seriously considered. An implementation reference model is built. A case is provided to illustrate how to use the evaluation system and reference model.
