摘要
本文就卵磷脂的分离与鉴别、部分质量指标的检查及含量测定三方面对卵磷脂质量分析的研究进行了综述。
In this paper, the quality analysis methods of lecithin has been summarized in the following three aspects: separation and discrimination, checking up the parts of quality indexes and the measurement of the content of phosphorus.
