摘要
为了满足客户参与个性产品设计的需求,给出了基于B S多层结构模式的设计系统原理方案,探讨了零件信息模型、产品结构配置模型、系统集成的接口类设计等关键技术提出了用于齿轮变速箱产品的个性设计原型系统,讨论了相关模型的建立过程。
To satisfy the demands of clients participating in individuation products design, the principle scheme of design system based on B?S multi-layer structure mode is given. The key technologies involved are discussed in the aspects such as the part information model, product structure assignment model and interface class design of system integration. Finally, a prototype-system used in the gear-box individuation design is presented, with a discussion on the establishing process of the correlative models and feasibility validation of the system.
