摘要
利用自行设计的频率可调(10Hz~250kHz)的信号源,驱动激光二极管(LD),然后再利用LD对Cr4+,Nd3+∶YAG微片晶体进行脉冲抽运,获得了频率10Hz~40kHz,最窄脉宽到40ns的稳定的调Q激光脉冲输出序列。对输出激光脉冲与调制信号脉冲的占空比关系进行了比较和分析,取得了良好的效果。
In this paper,we designed a pulse signal source whose repetition rate ranged from 10Hz to 40kHz to drive the LD.The LD output pules is of 808nm in wavelength and same repetition rate.Then we can pump the Cr^(4+),Nd^(3+)∶YAG crystal chip by the LD pulse and get got steady 1064nm sequence-pulse,also the rate ranged from 10Hz to 40kHz,and the narrowest width is 40ns.At last we compared and analyzed some problem about the sequence-pulse,got very good result.
