影像学技术能够在术前为手术医师提供越来越多的信息,在垂体腺瘤的手术治疗中发挥着不可替代的作用。本文从垂体腺瘤的影像学检查、诊断与鉴别诊断及手术入路的选择等几方面进行综述,并特别分析经鼻蝶窦入路相关的影像解剖学。
The imaging techniques can provide more and more useful information of pituitary adenomas to the neurosurgeons before operation, which is very important to the surgical treatments.
