摘要
目的:建立工作型大鼠腹部异位心脏移植模型。方法:模型A,供心肺动脉与左心房端侧吻合,左心室血液经供心主动脉吻合口进入受者腹主动脉。模型B在模型A的基础上,增加受者下腔静脉与供心右心房的吻合。结果:建立A、B模型各10只,手术成功率均为90%。结论:工作型大鼠腹部心脏移植模型稳定、存活率高,工作型大鼠腹部心脏移植模型更接近心脏生理。
Objective:To creat two ideal abdominal working cardiac transplant models in rats. Methods:Abdominal working cardiac transplant model A: Heterotopic hearts were transplanted using end-to-side anastomosis between the donor's left atrium and the pulmonary artery. The left ventricle ejects volume through an end-to-side anastomosis of the donor's aorta to the recipient's abdominal aorta. On the basis of model A, model B was added the other anastomosis between the recipient's inferior vena cava and the donor's right atrium. Results:Ten rats of model A and ten rats of model B were performed. The survival rate of model A /B was 90%. Conclusion:Rat abdominal working cardiac transplant model was used perfectly and stably with high rate of survival.
