内皮抑素在肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要 肺癌是当今世界上对人类健康与生命危害最大的恶性肿瘤.近半个世纪以来,世界上许多国家和地区肺癌的发病率和死亡率都有所增加,但肺癌的治疗效果并不令人满意,5年生存率只有10%左右.自从1971年,Folkman[1]提出肿瘤的血管依赖性假设开始,肿瘤工作者看到了战胜肿瘤的曙光.1997年O'Reilly[2]对内生性血管抑素一内皮抑素(Endostatin)的发现,更进一步增强人类通过抑制血管形成战胜肿瘤的信心.现将近几年有关内皮抑素的研究进展情况做以下综述.
