吸入电焊烟尘致大鼠肺纤维化作用研究 被引量:2

Studies on Fibrogenic Effects of Inhalated Welding Fumes in the Lung of Rat

摘要 本实验采用国内常用的低氢型碱性焊条结507和钛钙型酸性焊条结422两种焊条的烟尘进行静式吸入染尘,烟尘浓度分别为50mg/m^3和200mg/m^3。实验结果表明两种焊条都能引起全肺胶原蛋白含量的增高。病理观察在染尘后3个月尘细胞灶内可见到少量网织纤维,染尘6个月(200mg/m^3浓度组)和12个月(50mg/m^3浓度组)在尘细胞灶周围出现少量纤细的胶原纤维。以上结果以结507-200mg/m^3浓度组较结422组明显。各脏器组织元素含量分析表明,肺内铁、锰的含量明显高于正常对照组。 In this experiment the rats were exposed by inhalation to two kinds of welding fumes, J-507 and J-422 of the electrodes that are commonly used in China. The average concentrations of welding fumes during the exposure were 50mg/m^3 and 200mg/m^3 for each type of electrodes respectively. The results showed that after dusting in the animal groups of the two kinds of welding fumes, the content of collagen in the whole lung of rat was increased. We could find some very fine reticular fibres in the dust cell nodules after dusting for 3 months and some very fine fibres appeared around dust cell nodules after dusting for 6 months(200 mg/m^3 group). The changes were more apparent in 200mg/m^3 group of J-507 than in that of J-422 Group.
