摘要
研究了塑性变形和稀土元素对离子SCN共渗过程的影响。结果表明,塑性变形对离子SCN共渗过程和气体氮化过程的影响有着不同的规律;稀土元素对离子SCN共渗工艺具有明显的催渗作用,且发现对于合金钢的催渗效果要比碳钢大。对室温成型工件进行稀土SCN共渗工艺处理,可有效地改善工件表面的耐磨性。
The effect of plastic deformation and rare earth elements on ion sulpo nitrcarburizing was studied. The results show that there are different characteristics between the ion sulpo nitrcarburizing and the gas nitriding for the plastic deformed material. A addition of rare earth elements catalyze the ion sulpo nitrcarburizing process envidently. The catalyzing action on alloy steel is more than the carbon steel. The wear resistances of plastic deformed parts are improved by ion sulpo nitrcarburizing.
