摘要
目的从医务人员和病人的角度对乡镇卫生院设施建设效果作出定性评价。方法采用分层随机整群抽样方法,抽取了青海省、河南省、重庆市和四川省47个乡镇卫生院(包括卫生Ⅷ项目、秦巴项目和非项目)的医务人员476人、病人415人,以问卷形式调查医务人员和病人对乡镇卫生院设施建设的满意度。结果卫生Ⅷ项目乡镇卫生院的医务人员和病人对卫生院设施建设的总体满意度及单项指标的满意度均为最高。结论通过乡镇卫生院建设项目的实施,使贫困地区的乡镇卫生院的房屋及配套设施等设施条件有了很大的改善;特别是供暖、自炊厨房、环境绿化等配套设施方面。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effectiveness of township health center installation construcation in respect of patients and medical staff's view. METHODS With the stratum cluster sampling method,476 medical staffs and 415 patients from 47 township health center in Qinghai,He'nan,Chongqing and Sichuan province were selected to answer questionnaire for surveying the extend of satisfaction with the project. RESULTS Medical staff and patients have the highest satisfaction for construction project in general and single indicators. CONCLUSIONS With the implementation of the project,the buildings and relative establishments have got much improvement,especially in heating,kitchen and surroundings.
