摘要
根据地方转制科研机构改革与发展现状,分析了存在的制度困境,提出了地方转制科研机构产权制度改革的内涵和特征,实证分析了河南省属转制科研机构产权改革。
Based on the reform and development situation of regional scientific research organizations after institutional reform, the paper analyzed the problems of institution and put forward the intension and characteristics of property right institutional reform of regional scientific research organizations in system transition, taking an example of the scientific research organizations in Henan province.
