摘要
浙江产业结构的演进有着极其鲜明的特点,具体表现为第一产业比重下降较快与比较劳动生产率较低并存,第二产业比重较高与产业附加值较低并存,第三产业发展较快与比重较低并存。这些特点的背后是三次产业结构演进相对超前和工业内部结构演进相对滞后。本文以实证分析为基础,对浙江产业结构的特点、形成过程、演进趋势等进行分析,揭示浙江产业升级的制约因素,提出浙江产业升级的路径选择。
The development of Zhejiang industrial structure is distinctively characterized by the following aspects: coexistence of decreasing proportion of the first industry and its comparatively low production efficiency; coexistence of increasing proportion of the second industry and its comparatively low added value; coexistence of fast growth of the third industry and its comparatively low proportion. All these characteristics illustrate that the development of the three industries is ahead of time, while the development of internal industrial structure is comparatively lagged behind. Based on empirical studies, the paper makes a comprehensive and systematical analysis on the characteristics, forming process and evolvement trend of Zhejiang industrial structure, revealing its constraining factors and putting forward the route selection for upgrade of Zhejiang industries.
