摘要
目的观察门脉高压症患者手术前、后应用复方甘草酸苷的临床疗效。方法13例门脉高压症并发消化道出血患者,在一般常规治疗基础上,应用复方甘草酸苷注射液60ml～80ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,术前连用5d～10d,术后继续应用1wk～2wk。结果术前症状、体征及肝功能显著改善;术后肝功能变化不大,腹水发生率下降,腹水程度减轻,与对照组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论门脉高压症患者围手术期应用复方甘草酸苷,可显著改善病情,保护肝功能,降低术后腹水的发生率及减轻腹水程度。
OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin on portal hypertension pa-tients between and after the operative period.METHODS:Apart from a general treatment,13patients with portal hypertension and the complication of the alimentary tract hemorrhage were also administered by drip phleboclysis with60ml to80ml of compound glycyrrhizin injection,which were added to250ml glucose injection at a concentration of5%,once a day for5to10days before the operation and continue for1to2weeks after the operation.RESULTS:The preoperative symptoms,signs and liver function showed a significant improvement;no significant changes were found in the liver function after operation,the incidence of the ascites lowered and the degree of the ascites lowered too,which had a significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:The portal hypertension patients should be treated with compound glycyrrhizin,in that case,the pathogenetic condition will be improved,the liver function can be protected,the incidence of the ascites will be reduced and the degree of the ascites will be lowered.
