Experimental study on bond strengths of steel reinforced concrete structure

摘要 根据1 6个型钢混凝土推出试件的试验结果,对推出试件的荷载-滑移曲线进行了分析,得到了初始滑移粘结强度、极限粘结强度和水平残余粘结强度这三个特征强度的试验统计结果,并据此分析了混凝土强度、型钢的混凝土保护层厚度、横向配箍率和型钢埋置长度4个因素与特征粘结强度之间的关系,提出了临界保护层厚度的概念。 According to the push-out test results of 16 steel reinforced concrete specimens, the properties of (load-slip) curve are analyzed. Such characteristic strengths as initial slip bond strength, ultimate bond strength and horizontal residual bond strength are obtained statistically. And the relationships between the characteristic strengths and strength of concrete, transverse stirrup ratio, embedded length of shaped steel and thickness of concrete cover are proposed. The concept of critical concrete cover is also put forward. By means of statistical regression, the formulae for calculating bond strengths of steel reinforced concrete members are established, taking account of multiple factors.
