摘要
应用氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱(HGAFS)法,用L -半胱氨酸预还原法,对石材中砷进行了分析。讨论并确定了实验的最佳测定条件,结果表明,砷的检出限为0 .0 5 8μg/L ,回收率为92 .6 7%~10 4 .88% ,相对标准偏差为0 .6 %。该法准确、快速、简便,应用于石材中砷的测定,结果满意。
A method for the determination of trace in stone by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS) was described.The operation conditions were determind.The detection limits Arsenic is 0.058 μg/L and the recovery rates of the method from 92.67% to 104.88%,RSD 0.6%(n=11).This method is accurate,quick-acquired and convenient.It is used in the determination of trace arsenic in stone and the result is satisfactory.
