摘要
目的:提高直肠肛管损伤早期诊断与治疗水平。方法:回顾性总结分析我院收住直肠肛管损伤50例病人的诊治经验。结果:49例痊愈,1例死亡,总的死亡率为2%(1/50),并发症发生率为22%(11/50)。结论:直肠肛管损伤伤情复杂,诊治过程中应有所突出,诊治并重。
Objective: To improve the early diagnosis and treatment of anorectal injury. Method: The experience of diagnosis and treatment in 50 cases of anorectal injury in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed. Result: 49 cases recovered and 1 case died. The overall mortality was 2%(1/50) and morbidity of the complications was 22%(11/50). Conclusion: The condition of anorectal injury is very complicated. Due attention should be paid to the diagnosis and treatment.
