1型糖尿病一级亲属GADA、IA-2A与IAA联合检测的价值 被引量:5

Combined screening of GADA, IA-2A and IAA in first-degree relatives of patients with type 1 diabetes

摘要 目的 采用放射配体法检测118 例1 型糖尿病一级亲属的谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体(GA-DA)、蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶抗体(IA-2A)、胰岛素自身抗体(IAA),发现三种抗体单独检出率与欧美高加索人接近,联合检测阳性率优于单一抗体检测。 In 118 first-degree relatives of patients with type 1 diabetes, the positive rates of the single assay of GADA, IA-2A and IAA were close to those of Caucasians and the positive rates of combined determinations of GADA, IA-2A and IAA were superior to those of single antibody testing.
