摘要
在当前高校办学自主权和招生规模不断扩大的新形势下,科学有效的课堂教学质量评价体系对保证并不断提高教学质量和人才培养质量的问题有着显著的意义,本文通过对本校课堂教学质量评价体系实践过程的回顾性分析,对评价的原则、组织、结果、作用进行了有益的总结和思考,并对加强和改进军医大学教学质量评价体系的措施和方法进行了探讨。
In the condition of increasing number of recruited students and being given more independence of higher college and university,scientific and efficient teaching quality evaluation system have obviously impact on keeping and constantly promoting quality of teaching and training personnel. The author reviewed the practice of teaching quality evaluation system, summed up and considered valuably on principle, mechanism, result, effect of evaluation, moreover discussed the measure to strengthen and improve the teaching quality evaluation system of medical university.
