摘要
目的测定关木通中马兜铃酸 A的含量.方法采用高效毛细管电泳-电导检测法,研究运行缓冲液的种类、浓度、pH值、电泳电压及进样时间等对电泳的影响.结果在选定的条件下,马兜铃酸A在9.9~59.4 μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率97.3%,方法精密度(RSD)为2.39%(n=6).结论该法可用于关木通中马兜铃酸A的含量测定.
Objective and Method High pesformance capillary electrophoresis was conducted to determine the content of aristolochic acid in Manshurian aristolochia stem. The effects of buffer content, ionic strength, pH, separation voltage and electrokinetic injection on the separation efficiency were investigated. Result and Conclusion There was a linear positive relationship between the concentration of aristolochic acid and its peak height in the range of 9.9~59.4 μg/mL,and the average recovery of aristolochic acid was 97.3% with an RSD of 2.39 %, suggesting that the content of aristolochic acid in Manshurian aristolochia stem could be efficiently detected by high performance capillary electrophoresis.
