摘要
氨基磺酸系高效减水剂ASP的减水率高、坍落度损失小,但价格较高、混凝土保水性差,限制了其应用。将ASP与改性木钙GCL1-3A及保水剂按一定比例配伍,制成改性氨基磺酸系高性能减水剂ASG。掺0.5%ASP时,混凝土的减水率为25.3%,泌水率高达28.4%;而掺0.6%ASG时,混凝土的减水率为22.4%,泌水率仅为7.3%,28d抗压强度比为139.6%。ASG起泡性能和泡沫稳定性好,掺入混凝土后,可提高混凝土的分散性能和保水性能,也使混凝土和易性及强度得到改善。
ASP has high water-reducing rate and low slump loss,but it is expensive,and the water-retention of concrete is bad,which limit its application.Modified aminosulfonic acid-based high performance superplasticizer ASG was developed successfully from ASP,modified calcium lignosulfonate GCL1-3A and water-retention agent according to certain ratio.The water-reducing rate of concrete added 0.5% ASP is 25.3%,and its water-secreting rate is high to 28.4%,while the water-reducing rate of concrete added 0.6% ASG is 22.4%,the water-secreting rate is only 7.3%.The 28 d compressive strength ratio of concrete added 0.6% ASG is 139.6%.So ASG has good frothing capacity and stable bubbles,which increase the dispersing performance and water-retaining capacity of concrete when ASG is added in concrete,and workability and compressive strength of concrete are also improved.
