摘要
干燥技术可移去谷物中大部分水分,以抑制微生物和酶的活动,使谷物得到长期的贮藏。采用流化床干燥技术可使谷物及时干燥到符合贮存条件的安全水分,提早收获的谷物,既保证谷物质量,又减少每年因不能及时干燥而造成的巨大损失。为此,对采用流化床干燥谷物的技术进行了初步探讨,并就影响流化性质及流化床操作过程中某些参数控制提出了初步意见。
The adopt of fluid-bed drying,which can dry cereal in time,contribute cereal to meet the safety condition of moisture for storage,so we can harvest cereal ahead of time on condition of the guarantee of quality of cereal and the reduction of loss for cereal’s untimely drying. This essay originally probe the fluid-bed drying for cereal,meanwhile some view on fluidization property and some control parameters on course of the operation of fluid-bed are also given.
