摘要
卡介克蟹是卡介苗的提取物，应用ＭＴ法研究了卡介克蟹对巨噬细胞功能的调变作用。结果显示：卡介克蟹能直接活化巨噬细胞；增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的细胞毒作用；促进ＩＬ－１的分泌；并能增强脾脏介导的脾脏Ｔ淋巴细胞ＣｏｎＡ增殖反应。
he modulation on macrophage
function of KJKX,an extract of BCG,was investigated bymeans of MTT
colorimetric assay in this paper.The results indicated that KJKX
could activatemurine peritoneal macrophages directly;enhance the
cytotoxicity activity of the mactophages totumor cell; increase IL-1
secretion of macrophages, In addition, splenic
macrophage-mediatedlymphocyte proliferation to ConA could also be
promoted if the macrophages were pretreatedwith KJKX.
