摘要
通过共沉淀法合成了美多心安β环糊精包合物,并使用差示扫描量热分析、紫外光谱等方法加以鉴定.证明了美多心安可以和β环糊精形成包合物.
Metoprolol/cyclodextrin inclusion compound was prepared by the co-precipitation method and its structure was examined by DSC and UV spectra. The formation of the inclusion compound was proved.
