涤纶用含金属盐聚醚酯抗静电剂的合成及涂层整理研究 被引量:1

摘要 以聚乙二醇、丙二酸和ZnO为原料,在氮气的保护下加热,反应制得含金属盐的脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯(PM),然后将PM与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(BHET)进行缩聚反应得到大分子主链上含有金属盐的聚醚酯型抗静电剂PEEM.用它对涤纶织物进行涂层整理,探讨涂层整理工艺,并对其抗静电性能进行了测试.结果表明:PEEM抗静电剂的抗静电性能优于不含有金属盐的聚醚酯型抗静电剂PEE. Polyethylene glycol, malonic acid and ZnO were heated under N2 to give metal salt-contg. polye- thylene glycol ester of fatty acid (PM), and PM was condensed with poly(ethylene terephthalate) (BHET) to give polyetherester antistatic agent (PEEM) which contained metal salts on the macromol. main chains. Polyester fibe- r fabrics were coating-finished with PEEM, the finishing procedure was investigated, and the antistatic property was tested. It was shown that PEEM formed better antistatic results than antistatic agent PEE without the metal salt.
