脊髓损伤行神经根移位术后的电生理学改变 被引量:2

Electrophysiological Change after Nerve Root Transfer of Spinal Cord Injury in Rats

摘要 目的 研究脊髓损伤行神经根移位术后的神经肌电改变。方法 将30只Wistar大鼠随机分为两组,每组15只,切除L2 段脊髓0 .5cm。一周后切断右侧L1和L2 神经根,其中实验组(A组)行神经根移位术即L1神经根近端和L2 神经根远端吻合;对照组(B组)仅行L2 神经根原位吻合。术后12周行神经肌电生理检查,观察两组动物股四头肌神经肌电变化。结果 术后12周电生理检查表明A组右侧股四头肌失神经支配现象明显改善,股四头肌功能有所恢复,而B组无改善。结论 神经根移位术能重建脊髓损伤后的反射和传导通路,从而恢复截瘫肢体的部分功能。 Objective To study the electrophysiological change after nerve root transfer of spinal cord injury in rats. Methods Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups:group A and group B.The segment of L_2 spinal cord of two groups was hemitransected leaving a 4 mm gap in the right.One week later,the right L_1 nerve roots and L_2 nerve roots were cut off after spinal cord hemisection. The proximal site of L_1 nerve roots was sutured with the distal site of L_2 in group A. The right L_2 nerve roots of the group B were sutured only in situ. At the 12th week electrophysiological change was measured. Electrophysiological change of the fermal musle of two groups was observed. Results The improvement and recovery of the fermal musle function were obvious in group A.In the meantime,the imorovement of group B did not be observed. Conclusion Nerve root transefer can rebuild the passway of the refletion and transmission in rats whose spinal cord is injuried and the partial function of the denervated fermal musle is restored.
