二硫代氨基甲酸吡咯烷预防腹腔粘连的实验研究

摘要 目的:探讨核因子- k B抑制剂二硫代氨基甲酸吡咯烷(PDTC)预防术后腹腔粘连的作用。方法:将32只SD大鼠随机分成模型组及PDTC组。于术后第7天处死,观察各组腹腔粘连的情况。结果:模型组粘连广泛致密,PDTC组粘连轻微,模型组粘连程度分级评定明显重于PDTC组(P<0 .0 1)。结论:核因子- k B抑制剂二硫代氨基甲酸吡咯烷(PDTC)可明显减轻腹腔粘连,对腹腔粘连有预防作用。 Objective:To determine the effect on the prevention of postoperative abdominal adhesion by nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kB ) inhibitor PDTC.Methods:Thirty-two health grown male SD rats were randomly divided into model group (n=16)and PDTC group(injecting PDTC into peritoneal one hour before model was made) (n=16).Observe the state of peritoneal adhesion of each group on the seventh postopreative day.Results:In the model group the abdominal adhesion was extensive and dense,while in the PDTC group,the abdominal adhesion was mild.The classifications of adhesion degree overweighted those in PDTC group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Nuclear factor kappa B(NF-kB) inhibitor PDTC can reduce the extent of postoperative abdominal adhesion obviously,and thus has an effect of preventing postoperative abdominal adhesion.
