摘要
在绝大多数文献中,鼓式制动器的二自由度制动蹄性能参数计算公式的积分区间均采用摩擦片的名义包角。而实际上,该理论模型中二自由度制动蹄摩擦片上压力分布范围是随摩擦系数的变化而变化的。本文研究二自由度制动蹄摩擦片压力分布范围的确定方法,据此进行有关的性能参数计算分析,并与有限元计算结果进行了对比分析。改进后的分析方法与有限元计算方法相结合,对鼓式制动器的二自由度制动蹄性能的精确设计分析具有实际意义。
In the existing literatures of drum brake design and analysis,the integral interval of the calculation formula of performance indices is generally set to be the lining wrap angle.However,the pressure distribution range on lining of the floating shoe changes,in fact,as the coefficient of friction between drum and lining varies with temperature,service time and so on,the pressure distribution range is unequal to the lining wrap angle in general.An improved approach to determine the real pressure distribution range over a lining is investigated,and formula for calculation of the performance indices are modified.The new results are verified with FEA method.The improved method is significant to improve the accuracy of the drum brake design.
