摘要
对由四种醇(正已醇,2 甲基戊醇、2 乙基丁醇和4 甲基 2戊醇)为原料,合成的四种不同己基的阴离子表面活性剂磺基琥珀酸二正己酯钠盐、磺基琥珀酸二(2 甲基戊基)酯钠盐、磺基琥珀酸二(2 乙基丁基)酯钠盐和磺基琥珀酸二(4 甲基2 戊基)酯钠盐表面化学和应用性能进行了测定,对这四种化合物的表面化学和应用性能与己基结构的关系进行了关联。结果表明:随着己基上支链数增加,化合物的表面张力和临界胶束浓度增加,己基、2 甲基戊基、2 乙基丁基和4 甲基 2 戊基,相应产物的表面张力(γCMC)分别为31.8,32.2,33.5和34 2mN m,临界胶束浓度(CMC)分别为12.6,28.6,34.8和39.2mmol L。随着己基上支链数增加,乳化能力、渗透性能和分散能力均减弱。
The surface activity and application of four different kinds of anionic surfactans, sodium bis (n-hexyl) sulfosuccinate、sodium bis(2-methylpentyl) sulfosuccinate sodium bis(2-ethylbutyl) sulfosuccinate and sodium bis(4-methyl-2-pentyl) sulfosuccinate prepared from n-hexanol、2-methylpentanol、2-ethylbutanol and 4-methyl-2-pentanol were studied. The relationshiops between the structures and properties were discussed. The results showed that with the increase of the branch numbers in the hexanol the emulsifying power、permeability and dispersing power of the products were decreased, but the surface tension and critical micelle concentration (CMC) of products were increased. The surface tension were 31.8、32.2、33.5 and 34.2 mN/m, and their CMC were 12.6、28.6、34.8 and 39.2 mmol/L, respectively.
