摘要
以丙烯酸酯、甲基硅酸醇盐为原料,采用OP-10、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为乳化剂,通过乳液聚合反应,制备改性有机硅防水剂。考察聚合反应中温度、乳化剂种类、掺量、单体配比、搅拌强度对聚合乳液稳定性的影响。结果表明,合理地控制反应影响因素,可以消除凝胶产生,一步合成性能优异的内掺、外涂用防水溶液。
Modified organosilicon waterproofing agent was prepared by way of emulsion polymerization with acrylate and methyl alcoholate silicate as raw materials, OP-10 and SDBS as emulsifiers. Effects of temperature, type and dosage of emulsifiers, monomer mix proportion, agitating intensity on stability of polymerized emulsion were examined in the process of polymerization. Testing results showed that rationally controlling influencing factors during reaction could get rid of gelation and synthesize in one step waterproof solution of excellent performance used for internal admixing and external painting.
