摘要
枣树愈伤组织在继代培养中,前期(5~15d)淀粉、还原糖、蛋白质、核酸的含量都在增加;在15~35d期间,淀粉和还原糖的含量下降,蛋白质和核酸的含量上升,并在35d时达到最大值;35d以后它们的含量都在减少。说明枣树愈伤组织继代培养中,快速增长期在15~30d,35d以后生长速度在逐渐减慢。由此确定枣树愈伤组织培养的最佳继代周期为30~35d。
Starch ,reducing sugar, protein and nucleic acid all increased in early days(5~15d) of callus subculture of the Chinese date. During 15~35 days,starch and reducing sugar was decreased; protein and nucleic acid was ascended and reach to the max in 35 d. After 35 d,their content all declined. The result showed that the rapid increasing period was 15~30 days in callus subculture of the Chinese date .Growth speed slow gradually after 35 d.It confirmed that the very subculture cycle of callus culture of the Chinese date is 30~35 days.
