摘要
本文针对烟草行业的特点,分析了卷烟工业企业核心竞争力的内涵与现状,揭示了当前卷烟工业企业核心竞争力存在的缺陷以及加快培育核心竞争力的必要性、紧迫性。基于以上分析并结合国内外不同行业企业的案例,从制定和实施企业战略、获取核心竞争力要素、整合要素形成核心竞争力以及管理核心竞争力四个方面提出了培育卷烟工业企业核心竞争力的思路与策略。
This article analyzes the core competitive power of the cigarette manufacturers, reveals the shortcomings of the core competitive power, and emphasizes the necessary and urgent for the Chinese cigarette manufacturers to acquire the core competitive power. With these analysis, the article demonstrates the method of acquiring the core competitive power, which includes drawing up and executing the development strategy, acquiring the factors, which can be integrated to help the enterprise construct the core competitive power, and managing the core competitive power.
