摘要
2004年(1～12月)广西平均气温偏高,降水量偏少,日照时数偏多。降水时空分布不均,大部地区出现严重冬春连旱和秋旱,部分地区出现不同程度的暴雨洪涝灾害。另外,霜(冰)冻、低温阴雨、强对流天气、高温天气、寒露风、寒潮等也造成了不同程度的影响。2004年没有热带气旋影响广西。气候对农业的影响有利有弊,对水电的影响属偏差年景,对交通运输、盐业的影响属偏好年景。
The average temperature of Guangxi in 2004 (January-December) is higher than that in normal years. Less precipitation, more sunshine hours, and uneven distribution of The precipitation in terms of place and time are also seen in 2004. Continuously severe drought in the most areas through winter and spring and also in autumn, and rainstorm and flood disasters in varying degrees in some areas occur in the year. No tropical cyclone comes and affects Guangxi in 2004. The influence of climate to the agriculture presents some advantages which are accompanied by some disadvantages, the influence for the irrigation and electricity belongs to the class of the worse years, but better years for the transportation and the salt industry.
