摘要
用测算的办法分析了镍基单晶高温合金中γ和γ′相元素的分布特征。枝晶干和枝晶间γ和γ′相的化学成分测算表明,Cr、Mo、Co主要分布在γ相中,Ta、Al主要分布在γ′相,Ta在γ和γ′相中的分配比最大,W的分配比最小,Cr、Mo、W元素的分布特征为0<Cintd./Ccore<1,发生了负分布;Al,Ti,Ta、Co元素的分布特征为Cintd./Ccore>1,为正分布。对枝晶干和枝晶间错配度的测算表明,枝晶干和枝晶间的错配度相差较大,枝晶间的γγ′错配度大于枝晶干的错配度,这与试样中这两个区域γ′的尺寸大小和形态特点相对应。
Theoretical estimation and experiments methods were adopted to discuss the characteristics of element distribution in γ and γ' phases of Ni-base single crystal superalloy. The estimation of chemical composition in γ phase and γ' phase in the dendritic core and the interdendrite showed that Cr, Mo, Co mainly distributed in γ phase, Ta and Al mostly distributed in γ' phase, the distribution ratio of Ta in γ phase and γ' phase is the largest, and that of W is the smallest, the distribution characteristics of Cr, Mo and W is 0 less than or equal Cintd./Ccore less than or equal 1, which is negative distribution, and the distribution characteristics of Al, Ti, Ta, Co is Cintd./Ccore > 1, which is positive distribution. The estimation of γ-γ' coherency misfit in the dendritic core and the interdendrite showed that difference of coherency misfit in them was fairly big, and the coherency misfit in interdendrite is bigger than that in dendritic core, which corresponded with the dimension and morphology of γ' phases of the two zones in test samples.
