摘要
进一步加强和改进大学生德育工作,必须深刻认识到辅导员队伍建设是一项以人力资源开发为核心的科学工程。坚持发挥队伍建设的“双重效应”,使辅导员队伍成为高校贯彻党的教育方针、坚持社会主义办学方向的重要力量,以及高素质业务骨干和党政管理干部的重要来源。要切实做好辅导员队伍建设工作,就必须重视在工作指导思想、队伍建设构成和成员能力培养上兼顾到“专兼结合”问题。
When we try to improve the university students' moral education, we must recognize the training of university tutors is a scientific process of human resource development. It is essential to stick to exercising the double effect in tutor training so that to cultivate the tutors as an important group to implement the educational policies issued by the Communist Party, as well as to make them preparatory backbone of school administrators. To conduct the tutor training job smoothly, we should pay much attention to combining various aspects on direction , tutor structure, and personal ability.
