摘要
目的:探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对侵蚀性葡萄胎的应用价值。方法:对20例侵蚀性葡萄胎患者的子宫血流显像及主要血流参数进行评价。结果:子宫肌层局灶性分布的五彩血流丰富区,RI值0.27～0.41,动态观察化疗有效时可见肌层内局灶性血流丰富区范围渐小甚至消失。结论:CDFI对侵蚀性葡萄胎的诊断以及观察其疗效是一个非常有价值的方法。
Objective: To explore the CDFI diagnostic value for invasive hydat idiform mole. Materials and Methods: The hemodynamics of the uterine arteries an d myometrium were assessed by CDFI for 20 patients with invasive hydatidiform mo le. Results: A local abundant blood area within the myometrial lesion had been s hown in all patients. The RI values were between 0.27 and 0.41. Follow up observ ation after treatment, the extent of the intramural abundant blood area became d ecreased in size and gradually disappeared in patients who had good response to chemotherapy. Conclusion: CDFI is a useful method in the diagnosis of invasive h ydatidiform mole and in monitoring the tumor response to chemotherapy.
