摘要
阻碍教师实施新课程的因素有:班主任工作繁重,学生能力水平,各级各类的考试评价,班额较大,教学内容和要求与课时不相匹配,教学资源不足,对教与学的认识,以往的教育经验,教师评价制度,以及硬件条件等.其根本原因是缺乏良好社会环境.消除或减少认知失调的可能途径有:放弃或回避尝试新的行为,引进新的认知要素,改变态度等.
There were many factors affected the junior mathematics teachers during the course of the carrying out of the new curriculum, such as the ability level of the students, all kinds of tests, the lack of the teaching resource, the large number the students in a classroom, the teachers’ teaching experience, and so on. The basic reason for it was that there was no good social circumstance. Follow methods might change cognition maladjustment: avoiding trying new teaching behavior, introducing new cognitive elements and changing attitude.
