摘要
构建和谐社会是党在新的历史条件下对执政目标与任务的新认识,是执政党防止和消弭社会冲突和对抗,不断促进社会和谐的重大责任。在这个基础上,执政思维的基础———意识形态起着重大的作用,也就是说,在执政能力的建设中,如何避免意识形态的僵化,推进意识形态整合,制定符合时代发展要求的理论纲领,成了构建和谐社会的重大课题。
Setting up harmonious community is a new concept of Communist Party of China, which recognizes the target and task on new condition. This is a major responsibility which governing party forestalls a conflict and resolves a confrontation to promote harmony among society. On this basis, ideology, which is the foundation of thought, is very important. That is, in the process of the construction of the power governing party, how to avoid having a rigid way of ideology, to constantly bring forth new ideas in the ideology, to formulate a programme which meeting the development of the times is a major task in the course of setting up harmonious community.
