摘要
目的:观察穿透性角膜移植术的疗效和并发症。方法:对22例穿透性角膜移植术进行回顾性总结。结果:本组22例中有3例(14%)因免疫排斥反应、继发性青光眼及其它原因影响角膜透明外,余19例(86%)角膜移植片均透明。术后视力:视力≤0.05者7例(32%),0.05～0.2者10例(45%),≤0.3者5例(23%)。结论:穿透性角膜移植术可使角膜病患者复明,但是防治术后免疫排斥反应是手术成功的关键。
· AIM: To study the clinical effect and complication of penetrating keratoplasty.· METHODS: A total of 22 cases with penetrating keratoplasty were retrospectively studied.· RESULTS: Due to immunologic rejection, secondary glaucoma and other causes, corneal transparence of 3 cases (14%) was influenced. And the other 19 cases hadtransparent cornea. The postoperative visual acuity is ≤0.05 in 7 cases (32%),0.05-0.2 in 10 cases (45%) and ≤0.3 in 5 cases (23%).· CONCLUSION: Penetrating keratoplasty can help the patients to regain their sight, but the prevention and treatment of keratoplasty rejection is a key factor to the success of operation.·
